 Writingでの、that節以下のwillの用法についての質問

> I (believe) that--- 形式の構文にwillはいるかについてなのですが、

> 下の分の場合、willはあった方がいいでしょうか？
> 1.「彼らは私たちの提案を拒否するでしょう」

> 答えの例文にWILLはあったのですが、
> anticipate, expect, speculateはまだ起こってない事なので、あった方がいいのでしょうか？
> どちらでもいい場合、あるかないかでニュアンスの違いなどはあるのでしょうか？

> また下の文はwillはない方がいいのでしょうか？
> 4.「我々は、この薬が健康を促進するということを確かめました」(verify, promote)
